With Fragments of a Microcosm, Denise Schellmann presents a new body of work situated between scientific observation and artistic experimentation. Inspired by microscopic structures and organic processes, her layered works combine drawing and screen printing into complex visual compositions.
The exhibition features new unique works and editions developed during her residency at Viadukt. Accompanying the presentation are photographs documenting the artist’s process in the studio, captured by Cati Donner.
