The Viadukt Screen Prints team takes the highest care with each and every order placed and will ensure your artwork arrives to you in mint condition. All print orders will be covered with tissue paper and delivered flat unless stated otherwise.

Viadukt Screen Prints is a small team giving it’s best to ship your orders as soon as possible. But in busy times it might not be possible to ship them right away and with international shipping times taken into consideration, shipping can sometimes take a little longer than expected. Your orders will be processed after receiving your payment and will be shipped within 3-10 working days. Estimated delivery times may take up to 2-3 weeks within the EU, and up to 3-5 weeks outside the EU. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number when your item has been shipped.
Taxes & Duties
For shipments outside of EU purchased items may be subject to customs duties and other taxes and charges upon entry into the destination country. Please note that these charges are not included in our shipping fees. Please also note that there may be delays due to customs and additional charges applied for this. We apologize for any inconveniences in this matter but unfortunately we have no control over this. We will not be able to provide you with details on why or for how long your shipment will be delayed. We kindly ask you to contact the appropriate authorities in your country for further information.
All shipments require advanced payment. The customer may use PayPal or – if the Customer resides within the EU – pay by bank transfer. Costumer shall select the method of payment during the Check-Out process.
PayPal Payments made via PayPal require a customer’s account with PayPal, which is subject to the terms and conditions of PayPal, on which Viadukt Screen Prints has no influence. When paying with PayPal, the customer’s payment methods there (credit card or bank account) will be charged with the completion of the ordering process. bank transfer Viadukt Screen Prints will provide all necessary payment information (bank details and order number) to costumers wishing to pay by bank transfer.
Returns will only be accepted on products that are damaged on arrival. If you receive a damaged product you must immediately return it with the shipper (do not sign for it) and notify Viadukt Screen Prints via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We encourage our customers to describe the defect briefly and attach a photo if possible, from which the defect is apparent. Artworks must be returned packaged in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are the responsiblity of the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We advise you use registered post and take out insurance with your shipping or postal carrier.
Viadukt Screen Prints will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the item. Viadukt Screen Prints will report back within 5 business days to the customer and state whether a replacement product can be sent or whether a refund of the purchase price will be made. Certain products may be out of stock, as they are no longer printed and therefore no replacements can be sent (impossibility of performance). In this case, we will notify our customers via email on the details to refund the purchase price and the return of the defective product.
